Transcripts
Current and former students with a clear financial account may request a transcript using the form linked below. Transcripts can be sent to you or a designated third party via email or print, free of charge. For emailed transcripts, we will send a separate email with a password to access the document. If you need multiple copies, please submit a separate request for each one/recipient.
We will also accept transcript requests via written request by mail. See address above. The request must include:
- Full name
- Last 4 of SS#
- Date of birth
- Program of study
- Last year attended
- Mailing address to receive the transcript
- Signature
Verbal or emailed requests will not be honored. It is a violation of federal law to release a copy of a transcript without the student’s specific authorization.

Education or Enrollment Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications. Our school code is 001789.
