Mixed Methods Preaching Conference
METHOD MATTERS:
THE INAUGURAL MIXED METHODS PREACHING CONFERENCE
The Mixed Methods Preaching Conference introduces and refreshes the practice of time-tested preaching fundamentals by exposing conference attendees to different preaching methods. Through a serious and critical exploration of Womanist, Narrative, and Expository preaching methods, we foster an environment that uplifts the importance of preaching method, helps preachers love their preaching, and preach their best.
The conference features preaching and lecturing by distinguished preachers and homiletical method instruction plus preaching opportunities in a facilitated small group preaching lab.
We explore preaching methods through the awesome knowledge and distinguished preaching experience of Dr. Teresa Fry Brown, Dr. Otis Moss, Jr., and Dr. Charlie Dates, plus the teaching gifts and preaching expertise of the inaugural PhD Cohort at Christian Theological Seminary.
It is our desire to help anyone who wants to improve their preaching regardless of degree, title, size of church, or denomination. If you want to get better, this is the conference for you. Method Matters!
