Clinic Director for Seminary Counseling Center
Immediate opening for Clinic Director for Seminary Counseling Center requiring a Master’s degree in mental health field; licensed psychologist, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or social worker with 3-5 years administrative experience; experience in communicating mental health services with a faith community. Clinical supervisory experience and designation as AAMFT Supervisor or AAPC Diplomate and/or theological education are preferred. Duties include supervision of the day to day operation of the Center including hiring and supervision of support staff, assist with recruitment and coordination of clinical supervisors, provide backup for student and resident clinical emergencies, supervise in practicum and residency, maintain a clinical practice in coordination with the Executive Director.

The CTS Counseling Center is a practicum clinic site for marriage and family counseling students and mental health counseling students. It also houses a clinic for a post-masters residency leading to licensure. The MAMHC and MAMFT programs are approved training programs by AAPC; the MAMFT program is also COAMFTE accredited.
