Admissions Counselor
Immediate position opening for an Admissions Counselor. This is a full time salaried position serving as the senior recruiter for the Office of Recruitment and Admissions. This position is results driven and initiates activities both inside and outside the seminary to cultivate and enlarge the pool of prospective students.


Must have an advanced degree, Masters of Divinity preferred. Experience in Higher Education e.g. Admissions or Student Affairs preferred. The Admissions Counselor must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of working with diverse constituencies. The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure of deadline, the ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and prioritize work is paramount. Strong competency in social media, computer and software skills; including word-processing, database and spreadsheet applications is a necessity.  Frequent overnight travel is included in the job duties.

Data Resource Manager
CTS is seeking an experienced Data Resource Manager to manage multiple campus databases and perform light administrative support to the fundraising team. Database management will include entering data and drawing reports from Raiser’s Edge and NetCommunity Spark.
Our energetic team of dedicated professional’s works in concert with the Seminary to strengthen programs, support deserving students, provide opportunities for our talented faculty, enhance facilities, and more.

An associate’s degree or equivalent plus two to four years of experience in database administration, analytical, technical and project management skills are required as is the ability to manage multiple tasks within designated deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality, collaborate with technical and non-technical professionals and be comfortable working with both the Center for Pastoral Excellence and Seminary Advancement.  Experience with donor and information management systems/databases is highly desirable especially Raiser’s Edge.

Administrative Assistant - Counseling Center

There is an immediate opening for a part time Administrative Assistant position in the Pastoral Counseling Center, working Monday-Thursday evenings until 9:00 p.m.

Minimum requirement: Associate Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of office/administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Word required; Excel desirable. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the work.  Greet clients and maintain a professional atmosphere in the lobby. Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure. Assist in maintaining the office as a pleasant space for clients and staff.  Maintain client schedule for staff physician.
