(Re)Defining Motherhood: A Group for New Moms & Their Babies (Ages 6 Months & Younger)

(Re)Defining Motherhood is a six-week, semi-structured group that will empower you to write the first chapter in the story of your life as a mom and to build a positive foundation for all the chapters to come.  Themes we will explore through activities, exercises, and conversations include: describing who you want to become as a mom; setting aside the pressures, worries, and self-doubt to discover more joy and less fear in caring for your child; finding and nurture yourself amidst the changes and demands of motherhood.

Join us to find the connection, meaning, and laughter that will carry you and your baby through these first dizzying months of motherhood.  Group meets Wednesday mornings from 10 to 11:15 am from September 3rd through October 8th at the CTS Counseling Center.  Total cost for all sessions is $25, fee reductions may be available in cases of financial hardship.
