The Center for Pastoral Excellence is a strategic initiative at Christian Theological Seminary to address the long arc of ministry — from vocational discernment to seminary training to sustaining outstanding ministers and pastors in their ongoing work. The Center was established in the summer of 2012 with generous funding from Lilly Endowment Inc. It includes an array of programs that together offer a flexible and responsive model for theological education. Read the news story for more about the creation of the Center.
